SummaryYou will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST, in the CORPORATE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT, BUSINESS & FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT DIVISION, of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.ResponsibilitiesYou will apply expert financial knowledge to analyze and evaluate workload trends to support Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Crane Division.You will update and analyze data, using Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP).You will work with project personnel to build a trusted relationship and resolve discrepancies as necessary.You will advises management of business implications and general adjustments in the economy of the Department of Defense (DOD).You will have oversight of business portfolios managed by the Corporate Operations Department (COD).You will establish and maintain relationships with customers to obtain knowledge of future changes that may impact various departments.You will represent NSWC, Crane in command and Naval Systems Sea Command (NAVSEA) wide efforts in coordination with the comptroller.RequirementsConditions of EmploymentQualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band NT-04 (GS-11/12) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector conducting analysis of a financial management program to support business processes across an organization Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
