DescriptionJOBDESCRIPTION :

Oversees and manages theoperational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between projectmanagement and planning, project team, and line management.

Reviews status ofprojects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.

Assesses project issuesand develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfactiongoals and objectives.

Develops mechanisms formonitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving withproject managers, line managers, and clients.

Responsible for ensuringcontract requirements and subcontractor responsibilities are being accomplishedincluding working on the definition and implementation of project planningtechniques to provide visibility on the contract.

Responsibilities mayinclude developing budgets and schedules to meet contractual/projectrequirements for an assigned portion of a program, participating in andestablishing and defining program plan requirements, and monitoring andreporting performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost andschedule objectives are met. (It should be understood that this is not intendedto be a detailed nor comprehensive description of any individual employee's jobcontent. Managers set the specific duties and responsibilities for eachemployee).

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS ANDABILITY: Limited use and/or application of principles, theories, andconcepts. Limited knowledge of industrypractices and standards. Receives predetermined work assignment with specificinstructions.

IMPACT: Contributionsare usually limited to task-related activities.Errors do not typically have a major effect on the organization.

LIASON: Contacts areprimarily with immediate supervisor, project leaders, and other professionalsin the group.

JOB DUTIES :

Works collaborativelywith government and contractor team members supporting GXT Division, providingdirect support to the Government Program Manager.

Oversees and manages theoperational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between projectmanagement and planning, project team, and line management.

Supports scheduling andmaking arrangements for meetings, for researching and securing requestedinformation, and for researching, compiling and proofing of various reports andstudies. Prepares status reports and supports the development of program briefs.

May take and/ortranscribe confidential or technical information, take and distribute meetingmaterials, order supplies, distribute mail, answer phones, or respond tocustomer/client/employee inquires.

Interacts with othersupport staff and department to gather, supply, or coordinate information.

Coordinates travel fromProgram leadership, submitting all travel orders and vouchers.

Assesses project issuesand develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfactiongoals and objectives.

Develops mechanisms formonitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving withproject managers, line managers, and clients.

Responsible for ensuringcontract requirements and subcontractor responsibilities are being accomplishedincluding working on the definition and implementation of project planningtechniques to provide visibility on the contract.

Professionally interactswith the customer and vendors as tasks requires.

Other administrative andsupport duties as directed by the program manager.

QualificationsREQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND CLEARANCE :

Bachelors and 0 years’ experience or Associates and two (2) years' experience ; in lieu of degree HS/GED and four (4) years related experience as an executive level admin or program analyst.

Active Secret Security Clearance required (clearance must be listed in JPAS).

Candidate must be a US citizen.

Familiar with ERP, TWMS, iCrane SharePoint, and iPDM systems
