Riverside Village is now hiring a full-time COTA!The Occupational Therapy Assistant assists in providing skilled care under the supervision of the registered occupational therapist. Able to provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies and Wellness Settings.ASC Therapies Mentorship Program
Structured 9 month mentorship program
Dedicated Mentor
Scheduled meetings as part of normal work week
Opportunity to clinically collaborate with experienced cliniciansRequirements
Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy
Indiana therapy license or ability to obtain one
Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
Compassion, empathy and a positive attitudeEducation
Preferred
