#1 Boss Doesnt Appreciate Your Hard Work “ When you come in early, stay late, bring the jobs in on budget and make the customer happy, you should expect a word of thanks and respect. Instead, the only time you hear from the boss is when there is something to complain about.

#2 You Are Stuck at the Same Level of Hourly Pay “ It doesnt matter how fast you paint, how hard you work or how much the painting company makes. You are still stuck at the same pay rate “ even if you are a talented production painter.

#3 No Opportunity to Learn New Skills or Advance “ Maybe you want to learn how to use a sprayer, apply specialty products or develop your carpentry skills, but youre on a crew where you never get the chance to do these things. Often, you dont have the tools, equipment or materials you need. The boss shows up on the job, barks a few orders and then expects you to figure it out.

We work with painters from a wide variety of backgrounds, but we do require the following qualifications

 2 Years Professional Painting Experience

 Proficient In Brushing, Rolling and Simple Drywall Repairs

 Must Pass a Felony-Free Background Check

 Must Pass a Simple Cut In Test for Detailed Brush Work

 Valid, Current Drivers License

 Ability to Learn and Follow Specific Painting Practices
