Interacts with multiple layers of management in identification and resolution of any safety issues that may arrive Possess the ability to train and educate both new & current employees in the classroom as well as on the shop floor Candidate must have good attendance  Have a strong knowledge of the process flow of the department as well as a basic knowledge of the departments up and down the value stream Must be able to asses a problem and prioritize responsibilities Participate and lead problem solving events such as Kaizen, pFEMA, TPM events etc Leadership skills Build a relationship with the resources needed Perform all other duties as assigned
