Flow-Tech Plumbing & Heating is looking for a full-time Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. Job duties will include making calls to our customers to follow-up on service and installation, help build the service and retro departments, process warranties for new homes, and new installs, take care of customer complaints, manage our online reviews, data entry, and various other customer service related tasks.
