Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Prepare financial reports and analysis as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and issues.
Maintain and update accounting records and documentation.
Utilize Robert Half ERP software to perform accounting functions effectively.
Requirements
Associates degree in Accounting or related field.
Prior experience working as an Accounting Specialist or similar role.
Proficiency in accounting principles and practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Prior experience with Robert Half ERP software is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
CPA certification or working towards certification.
Experience with other ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
