Administrative Asst

Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling a variety of tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including scheduling meetings and appointments.

Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.

Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.

Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.

Order and manage office supplies and equipment.

Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports.

Support the planning and execution of company events and activities.

Perform general office duties, such as data entry, photocopying, and filing.

Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
