Job Title: Industrial Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Fort Wayne. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that production machinery is maintained in a safe operating condition, meeting uptime requirements to assure uninterrupted production. The role includes troubleshooting and repairing machinery, conveyors, and robotics, adhering to safety guidelines, and performing various maintenance tasks.Responsibilities
Ensure production machinery is maintained in a safe operating condition, meeting uptime requirements to assure uninterrupted production.
Troubleshoot and repair machinery, conveyors, and robotics.
Adhere to, implement, and follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Must be able to work all shifts up to 12 hours and occasional overtime.
Essential Skills
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
Electrical troubleshooting experience.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
PLC programming and troubleshooting experience.
Experience with robotics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Own tooling.
Experience with battery systems.
Welding skills.
Ability to work with 3-phase electrical systems.
Must be okay with periodic blood tests for lead levels due to exposure to battery acid.

The work setting is a manufacturing environment. You will initially train on the first shift for approximately 90 days (7am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday).
