Responsible for assisting with daily clinical and clerical operations of the assigned physician practice(s). Works in collaboration with physician team to provide quality care to patients and quality support to providers through consistent communication. Education
Must be a high school graduate or the equivalent with GED. Must have completed an accredited medical assistant program.Licensure/CertificationMust be a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) through AAMA or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) through AMT. CPR required. Medical assistant or physician office experience preferred.Other QualificationsMust have solid verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of clinical and clerical operations service excellence clinical quality initiatives preferred. Must be familiar with computers electronic medical record experience preferred. Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
