Pyrotek is seeking a Sales Engineer for our USA Foundry Group to lead growth across Indiana by delivering innovative products, equipment, and technical solutions to aluminum foundry customers. This role combines consultative selling, technical expertise, and strategic account management to help customers improve efficiency, quality, and sustainability.As a trusted advisor, you'll work directly with foundries to identify opportunities, provide technical support, develop customized solutions, and drive profitable growth throughout the territory. What You'll DoGrow and Develop the Indiana TerritoryManage and expand relationships with existing foundry customers throughout Indiana.Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.Execute strategic sales plans to grow revenue and profitability.Negotiate pricing, supply agreements, and commercial terms.Consistently achieve or exceed sales and gross profit objectives. Be a Technical Problem SolverAssess customer operations and recommend solutions that improve production performance.Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions.Provide timely technical support and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.Develop customized proposals, quotations, and value-based recommendations.Analyze customer needs and translate them into practical, effective solutions. Build Trusted Customer PartnershipsConduct regular onsite customer visits across the territory.Develop relationships with plant managers, engineers, operators, purchasing teams, and executive decision-makers.Manage customer communications and maintain detailed account activity within CRM systems.Partner with customer service, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
