Home Health Aide needed for elderly and disabled person. She needs direct care, personal assistance, and support in the following way.
Duties include but are not limited to the following
Personal care: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting
Housekeeping: Performing laundry, washing dishes, vacuuming, and other light cleaning
Meal preparation: Planning, purchasing, preparing, and serving meals and snacks
Transportation: Arranging transportation to doctors' offices or other outings
Scheduling: Helping to organize a client's schedule and plan appointments
Monitoring: Checking patients' pulse, temperature, and respiration
Record keeping: Maintaining records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems
Teaching: Teaching patients how to use canes or walkers, special utensils, and special techniques for personal hygiene
Companionship: Keeping clients engaged in their social networks and communities
Safety: Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy patient environment
Communication: Communicating effectively with all members of the interdisciplinary team
Confidentiality: Maintaining client confidentiality and treating clients and families with respect
Please be professional and sevice oriented and have experience in related service area.
The duties above are to be complete during each shift. They take maximum of 2 hours to complete and then your free to play games with her or take her out in the community shopping and karaoke on Friday nights she like to go every other week, this is not negotiable This is something she enjoys doing.
Hours: 3pm to 11pm Monday - Friday: Must be flexible as I may have to work some Saturdays.
She is easy going and enjoys having fun outside of the home.
You will be working for her/the client but will recieve training and income from Fort Residential.
I work the first shift and will train you in how she likes things done. I've been working for her since 2016.
