Help wanted 3-4 days per week 4-6 hours or so per workday. $25.00 per hour. Moderately heavy but not heavy paced manual labor ranging from painting, digging, assistance with home improvement projects, cutting out tree roots, roof repairs, moving, organization, cleaning. 1. In good physical condition and able to lift heavy weights, have the stamina to work in varying conditions for a full shift and the agility and balance to perform tasks safely and efficiently. 2. WIll be working with power tools and hand tools, if not experienced, instruction will be given. You must be able to master the concepts fairly quickly. 3. Integrity, dependability and productivity are the most important qualifications beyond the physical requirements.
Job is not currently permanent, but there is enough work to last several months. For an exceptional candidate with several months of proven track record I may consider opening a full time position.
