Full time apartment maintenance supervisor needed for apartment community in Fort Wayne, IN.
All applicants must have a valid driver's license.
Maintenance supervisor must have prior experience in supervising a small staff, know basic electrical & plumbing, on call emergency pager, snow removal, drywall repair, painting, trouble shooting, etc. Need a team player and someone who is dependable and organized. Must be HVAC certified. Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work well with the manager. Must live within 30 minutes of property. Fair housing knowledge a plus but not required.
