What you need for this position?
2+ years of management experience in QA, Sanitation, or Food Processing.
Ability to make decisions in a fast moving environment.
Technical knowledge of plant equipment.
Progressive leadership skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
What you will be doing?
Our Quality Assurance Supervisor will lead, train, and mentor team of Lab Technicians.
Our Quality Assurance Supervisor will develop and implement policies, procedures, and specifications in regard to product quality.
Our Quality Assurance Supervisor will handle all record keeping and monitoring for program requirements.
Our Quality Assurance Supervisor will troubleshoot laboratory equipment as needed.
Our Quality Assurance Supervisor will ensure all quality portions of the manufacturing process are audit compliant.
What Wed Like to See But Not a Showstopper:
Bachelors degree in Food Science or Management
