NCW is seeking a Sort Inspector Back-up Lead for a job opportunity in Auburn, IN. This is a first shift position Monday - Friday 6:45 AM 3:15 PM.
Sort Inspection duties include inspecting finished parts, identifying defects, and repairing products as instructed.
Responsibilities:
Inspect finished parts for defects and sort accordingly
Follow work instructions per client's request
Identify parts, products, and containers as instructed
Complete required administrative documentation
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Core Abilities Requirements:
Visually inspect parts for adherence to proper specifications and tolerances
Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
Communicate effectively in a positive and professional manner with customers, clients, supervisors, and fellow employees
Versed in precision measuring equipment
