Seeking qualified professional to manage and coordinate all maintenance and repairs for large portfolio of scattered single family and multiple family homes in the Fort Wayne, Indiana Area.
Job duties include:
- Receiving service requests from tenants
- Assigning work to vendors
- Inspecting completed work
- Keeping property owners informed and seeking approval for work
- Conducting move out inspections
- Managing property "make readies" when vacant
- Managing keys to properties
- Conducting occupancy checks
- Keeping good property notes within online software
- Responding to owner and tenant feedback
