We are looking for Occupancy Inspectors in several counties to drive to properties and report general condition of each one. You will need to take clear, descriptive pictures, ability to determine occupancy status, ability to report any damages, and ability to submit all information obtained via a form through a mobile app.
Most inspections are exterior drive by, and take less than 3 minutes.
The most common types of inspections will be: Exterior drive by, Interior , Loss Drafts and an occasional contact.
We are looking for individuals that are self starters, awesome time management stars and have the knack to be self employed as a 1099 independent contractor. This route will generally average $25-30 per hour. This is a part time position and an excellent supplemental income.
Reliable transportation with a fuel efficient vehicle, valid drivers license, able to drive for extended periods of time, smartphone, GPS with routing capabilities, access to computer and printer and must be able to pass a background check prior to work being assigned, which is $40, unless you currently hold an Aspen Grove ID.
Pay structure is a flat rate per inspection and will vary based on location and volume. I am available anytime, however, my office hours are 7am to 2pm Mon through Friday and 7am to noon on Saturday. I prefer texts initially.
