We are looking for a full-time Office Manager to run the office for a Self-Storage owner with several remote self-storage facilities within an hour from the Warsaw area. Job duties include answering the telephone, renting space, collecting rent, making late calls, organizing personnel for cleaning and lock checking at the various locations, working closely with the owner, arranging the auctions of past due units and general office duties. We would prefer someone with Self-Storage experience, but will train someone that has other rental experience such as apartments, mobile home park, hotel/motel management, real estate sales or retail management with long term employment history of 2+ years at one job.
