About Our Opportunity
Mark's distributes over 1,000,000 maintenance products to facilities such as schools, hospitals, hotels, prisons, housing authorities, military bases and plumbing contractors. We typically deal directly with maintenance supervisors, property managers, chief engineers and plumbers. The products we distribute include:
Plumbing repair parts and fixtures
HVAC and electrical supplies
Lighting, fasteners, hardware, door and window parts.
Painting supplies, specialty chemicals, hand and power tools.
Job Requirements
A strong work ethic that is career minded and money motivated
Positive attitude and capable of building long-term relationships
Must be results oriented and self-motivated
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
Ability to be a traveling outside salesperson
Develop and maintain relationships with an assigned customer base, including key accounts

Job Responsibilities
In-the-field servicing of established customers and promoting add-on business
Develop new business & sales through prospecting
Writing and processing orders in the field
Working with the inside sales team to research and expedite orders in a timely manner
Servicing customers within a specified geographical area on planned routing cycle
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in the plumbing or MRO industry
Ability to develop and close sales with a mechanical aptitude
Ability to multi-task
A passion for winning and a desire for a career in sales
Bi-Lingual English and Spanish
