First thing we need to do is to develop a team of canvassers to deliver promotional items to homes and to businesses. This is not a door-to-door sales, many times you won't even meet the customer. Your job will be to drive through neighborhoods and look for homes that show wear and tear on their front doors, and garage doors, then leave the flyer and move on.
If and when the customer calls for a repair, you will receive your commission. This is not a full or part time job. Work at your convenience. For training, I will teach you what to look for. From there you may be asked to help on install, when this happens, you will be paid hourly labor + commission for the sale. For instance, a new door sale can net you up to $150.00 depending on the door. The goal at this point is for you to have a location of your own, learn a skill, and become part of the franchise I want to build.
