We are looking for 3 agents in the community to join our team. Our agency is five states wide with 30 active agents. Our agency is under TLC Insurance Group. The largest issue agents have is prospecting and getting in front of new clients. We train agents to be able to do 20+ sales per month without paying for leads. We have two different niches we focus on to be able to bring in clientele. One entails working in the community with low income seniors. SEP brings opportunities year round to be able to enroll clients at no cost to the agent. The other niche is what TLC is know for, Group Medicare sales. We have been able to effectively start company plans for large and small companies which bring in massive profits. We train on this form of marketing monthly. Also we do get free leads during AEP from many of the top carriers.
These opportunities are year round. They work out perfect for those that are in the life insurance business and those that are in property and casualty. The commission is up to 482 dollars up front. You keep all of the business no matter what product line you sell. Renewals are yours for life and we heavily encourage cross selling clients. By joining us you will be able to lean on our business partners to increase sales. For those that actively work this business have been able to do 250 to 300 sales a year. Resumes are preferred.
