HealthFitness is looking for part-time Health Fitness Professionals and part-time or substitute Group Class Instructors to join the team at our client site located in Warsaw, IN.
HEALTH FITNESS PROFESSIONALS:
In this role, you will make a direct impact on the health and well-being of our members by providing exercise floor supervision, interacting with members and program participants, and delivering health and fitness programs and services, promotions and outreach activities. You will instruct group exercise classes; provide personal training; conduct fitness assessments, exercise prescriptions, and orientations; and provide fitness floor coverage and facility oversight. You may also assist with or coordinate various health and fitness program offerings.
GROUP CLASS INSTRUCTORS:
In this position you will provide fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members participating in the program such as HIIT, core, boot camp, and circuit or teaching specialty classes such as Yoga, Pilates, or Zumba.
Yoga Instructor: Teaching one 45-minute class per week on either Tuesdays, Wednesday, or Thursday.
Pilates Instructor: Teaching one 45-minute class per week on either Tuesdays, Wednesday, or Thursday.
What you'll need to have:
-Current 200hr+ Yoga certification required to teach Yoga.
-Current Pilates certification required to teach Pilates.
-Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required.
-Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
-Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.

Health Fitness Professional: Compensation: $18/Hour - $19/Hour. Pay is dependent on class type, experience, and qualifications.
Group Class Instructor: Compensation: $35/Hour - $45/Hour. Pay is dependent on class type, experience, and qualifications.
