Role Overview:
The IT Administrator will be a key member of our team, responsible for managing and optimizing Sigma Decom’s IT infrastructure. This role requires a hands-on individual with demonstrated experience and creativity to maintain, integrate, and enhance our IT systems.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage and administer the company’s CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and seamless functionality.
Oversee all internal IT equipment, including PCs, servers, and other hardware.
Configure and manage Microsoft 365 emails and accounts across the organization.
Use APIs to integrate systems and create a comprehensive suite of SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services) programs.
Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Research and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
Stay up-to-date on IT best practices, emerging technologies, and security protocols.
Qualifications:
Must-Have:
Proven experience in IT administration, system integration, and problem-solving.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, APIs, and SSAS.
Ability to think outside the box and implement creative IT solutions.
Ambitious mindset with a desire for continuous learning and growth.
Nice-to-Have (but not required):
Experience in CRM administration (specific systems can be trained).
Familiarity with decommissioning or industrial facility IT systems.
Any certifications demonstrating technical capabilities are a plus but not required.
