We're back and better than ever for another exciting above ground pool installation season and we're looking for a new installer from your area who'd like to AVERAGE $20,000-$30,000 PER MONTH installing above ground pools for our ready and waiting customers.
My name is Gary Powell. I am a senior recruiter and have been contracted to locate for a few new above ground pool installers from your area that are willing and able to install 20-30 above ground swimming pools per month with an average pay of about $900.00-$1200.00 gross pay per pool (avg. pay based on a 24' round pool with an avg. 6-8 hour install time). So you do the math, install 20-30 pools per month and your average gross pay will be $20,000-$30,000.00 PER MONTH or more.
Currently I'm hiring above ground pool installers who are willing and able to work full time and meet the following expectations:
1. Must have access to a full size truck.
2. Must have access to a trailer.
3. Must have access to a Bobcat or front loader.
4. Must have access to a transit (if you don't know what that is, this is not the job for you).
5. Must have access to a $1,000,000 general liability insurance.
6. Must have access to at least one helper.
7. Must be willing to start immediately.
8. Above-ground or In-ground pool experience is definitely a plus but not required. If you do not have pool experience, significant grading experience is required.
9. Must have a valid driver license and proof of auto insurance.
10. Must be willing to work full-time and cover a minimum 200 mile radius.
11. Must be willing to consider traveling to another market for 2-3 weeks at a time to install 10-20 pools in another market if or when the work slows down in your own 200 mile radius in order to keep you working daily and keep you on track to install 20-30 pools per month. Fuel costs and per diem are provided for overnight travel outside of your own 200 mile radius at $.50 per mile for fuel and $100 per diem (or $700 per week + fuel costs).

About Installers pay:
Installers are paid via company check or Western Union after every completed pool installation. In order for a pool to be considered "complete" the installer must first complete the actual pool installation and have a completely satisfied customer. Next the installer must have all required documents and site photos submitted to the corporate office. This process usually takes about (3) days. So no more waiting net 30-60-90 days to get paid for your hard work.
