Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of HVAC systems while providing top-notch service to our clients
Located in a dynamic environment, you will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including refrigeration units and air conditioning systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
Collaborate with team members to design efficient HVAC solutions tailored to client needs
Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters to assess electrical components of HVAC systems
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly
Document all service activities accurately for reporting purposes

Qualifications
Proven experience as an HVAC Technician with a strong background in equipment repair and maintenance, with focus on Commercial equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose complex issues effectively.
Familiarity with design principles related to HVAC installations
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
Certification or relevant training in HVAC technology is highly desirable. Prefer HVAC license applicable to Allen County, IN and Ohio.
Education, Training, Licenses and/or Certifications:
5 years of experience troubleshooting and maintaining residential and commercial / industrial HVAC/R equipment.
EPA universal certification required
NATE certification preferred but not required
High school diploma or equivalent
OSHA 10 hour preferred
