We are looking for some solid subcontracting crews to help us with our workload. We are looking for shower, bath, windows, and cabinet refacing 1099 crews. If you have a remodeling business, insurance, equipment, and are looking for additional work, give us a call

About the Role:
- Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
- Apply finish work as needed for every application
- Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
- Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
- Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect
Key Qualifications:
- 3 years of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience
- Knowledge of Residential Baths, Windows, or Kitchens
- Established LLC or Business
- Worker's comp and Liability insurance
- Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members
