Responsibilities:
Plan and organize job flow for concrete projects
Maintain and update process documentation while training crew members
Track and meet production hour goals while monitoring efficiency
Create and manage crew schedules and coordinate with customers and project managers
Oversee drivers and material deliveries to ensure projects stay on schedule
Maintain craftsmanship standards and use a quality rating system to monitor work
Order and purchase concrete and related materials as needed
Enforce job site safety and ensure tools and equipment are used properly
Address unsafe activities immediately and maintain compliance with safety standards
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of concrete flatwork experience
At least 2 years of crew leadership or supervisory experience
Strong background in managing and motivating teams on job sites
Proven ability to plan, schedule, and track project progress
Experience overseeing material procurement and job site safety
Ability to travel to job sites within 90 minutes of the office location
Positive, process-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Reliable and comfortable working in a fully onsite environment
