Foundation/Masonry work
Waterproofing
Carpentry
Tile & Flooring installation
Window installation
Water heater installation
HVAC (heating & cooling system) installation
Drywall installation & repairs
Exterior/Interior structural repair(s)
Full kitchen & bathroom remodeling
Plumbing
Electrical
Crawl space
Etc.
Must be able to meet contract deadline(s)
Must be able to pull work permits as needed
Must have a truck or trailer for material pickups
Most have liability insurance
Must have own tools
Must be dependable
