1. Linehaul 1 is going to Columbus and requires a Sprinter van averaging 2 pallets ($0.85 round trip)
2. Line Haul 2 is going to Whitestown, In and Louisville, KY and requires a Box Truck or 26' foot straight truck averaging 11 pallets. ($1.20 round trip)
3. Line Haul 3 is going to Lexington, KY and requires a Sprinter van averaging 1 pallet. ($0.85 round trip)
Friday Linehaul:
Driver arrival: 7:30pm
Departure: 9:00pm
1. Line Haul 1 picks up in Ft Wayne going to Elk Grove Village, IL and requires a Box Truck or 26' Straight Truck averaging 6 pallets.
2. Line Haul 2 picks up in Ft Wayne going to Indianapolis and requires a Box Truck or 26' Straight Truck averaging 9 pallets.
3. Line Haul 3 picks up in Ft Wayne going to Belleville, MI and requires a Sprinter Van averaging 2 pallets.

Contractor Sought
Associated Couriers is looking for a dependable and professional independent contractor courier for one, or all, of the following:
Routed Deliveries - Varying routes that normally have a set recurring schedule to them. NOTE: routes may change unexpectedly based on customer needs
STAT/On-Demand - Last-minute pickups and orders dispatched from a route manager or customer
Backup/Standby - Fill-in for route voids
Services Sought
For this contract, you will be picking up and delivering pharmacy medications and medical supplies.

Contractor Commissions
Earned in one or more of the following ways: per mile, per route, per stop (plus variable fuel surcharge in some of our markets)
Earned weekly through our third-party pay administrator Openforce
Specific commission details to be discussed in the pre-contracting process
Requirements for Contract
Per insurance requirements, eligible contractors will be between 21 and 75 years of age
Attentive to detail
Live within 25 miles to zip code 46808
Own a reliable and registered 26FT Straight Truck or Sprinter Van that would be used for this contract (2009 or newer)
Have and maintain state minimum requirements for bodily injury and property damage as primary auto insurance
At your choice: maintain your own qualifying workers' compensation insurance or participate in the Occupational Accident Insurance program for a weekly fee
Be able to complete contractor-qualifying screenings and online delivery preparation modules
Have a clean driving record with no more than 2 moving violations or at fault accidents in the last three years
Have a smartphone to use for GPS order tracking and order scanning
Supply a cooler with reusable ice-packs to transport temperature controlled specimens
Willing to drive in inclement weather to service our customers
Adherence to customer required professional appearance standards:
Solid white and/or royal blue polo shirt
Solid colored pants (no athletic wear or sweatpants)
Comfortable shoes/boots (no flip-flops, high heels, sandals, etc)

Our 1099 contracts are offered to interested and qualifying contractors on a first come, first served basis. As such, time is of the essence in completing the pre-contracting process as soon as possible. The process to contract with Associated Couriers takes approximately 2-5 days start to finish. Because of the high volume of interest we receive for our contracts, we have a strict policy to select contractors out of the process once they have become inactive during the pre-contracting phase.
