As a Maintenance Technician, you are the heartbeat of our facility. We are looking for a technician who doesn’t just replace parts but uses deep diagnostic skills to ensure long-term reliability.Key Responsibilities:Expert Troubleshooting: Locate and diagnose mechanical and electrical failures using meters, detailed prints, and schematics.Electrical Mastery: Repair and maintain high-voltage systems (480V), motors, switches, and automated controls.PLC Diagnostic: Use PLC experience to identify issues and restore production (programming not required; ladder logic knowledge is a plus).Preventative Maintenance: Execute planned and predictive maintenance on conveyor systems, pneumatic tools, and production machinery.Safe Operations: Perform complex wiring and repairs in compliance with Arc Flash safety standards and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.Collaboration: Partner with engineers and production teams to suggest improvements and reduce downtime.
