Your work will directly support our electric, communications, water, and wastewater operations by ensuring our mapping data is accurate, reliable, and available to the teams that depend on it every day.You'll collaborate across departments, support mapping projects, and help maintain the geographic information that keeps our systems operating efficiently.What You'll DoMaintain accurate GIS mapping for NineStar's utility systems.Update GIS databases using information from staking, design, construction, CIS, and other company systems.Assist with GIS reporting and special mapping projects.Support preventative maintenance tracking and reporting.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure GIS data remains current and accurate.Build relationships with local, county, state, and federal GIS organizations to share geographic data and best practices.Provide technical support for GIS software and mapping applications.Produce maps and geographic reports to support business operations.Perform other duties as assigned.
