As a Customer Residential Service Consultant, you will play a role in providing exceptional service to our residential customers. You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing information, and collecting payments. Your primary focus will be on maintaining customers for our electric, communications, water, and wastewater services.Key Responsibilities:Customer Service: Provide in-person and phone-based customer support, addressing questions and concerns related to service options, billing, and account information.Sales: Actively promote our various services, including new customer sign-ups and service upgrades.Order Processing: Create, process, and schedule service orders for changes, additions, or repairs, and collaborating with other departments as needed.Administrative Tasks: Complete essential administrative duties, such as preparing correspondence, verifying information, and conducting credit checks.
