Job Title: Site ManagerLocation: Greenwood, INPosition Summary:The Site Manager is responsible for the overall administration of the safety guidelines for the job site and managing the team. This individual is to be a safety leader as well as oversees the overall operation. Work closely and with the customer to ensure their safety standards are met.Responsibilities:Able to perform all duties of a Safety RepresentativeManage and direct team to maintain customer satisfaction through on-time delivery of services and information – 24/7Select, train, and developing operations staffEstablishes and maintains a positive customer relationshipFunctional excellence leader for the operation (develop, implement, maintain, improve)To enable the ongoing development of innovative policies and practices to ensure we are an exemplar within our industryDevelop and provide appropriate training and education programs to employeesPossess a thorough understanding of local/regional regulations and uphold set company policies and proceduresProvide guidance and oversight to ensure compliance to all applicable Safety PoliciesCarry out procedures that effectively control accident and health exposures at jobsite and minimize OSHA citations while meeting customers’ expectationsReview, evaluate, and analyze work environments and design site-specific programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent injuriesFor all warehouse deficiencies, identify a plan for the site to implement and fix all identified deficienciesMonitors all work for compliance with safety requirementsEvaluates working conditions and recommends changes in methods and work procedures in relation to safety methods, practices, and proceduresDisseminates information to staff and others regarding hazards and other safety informationMaintains records, prepares reports and composes correspondence relative to safe work proceduresOverall responsible for overseeing P&L and manage against budget
