Join the Indiana University Foundation’s mission-driven HR team as an Associate Human Resources Business Partner based in our Indianapolis office, where you will help support and empower the people who advance Indiana University’s life-changing impact through education, research, and philanthropy. Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner, this newly created role is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who is eager to expand their experience across multiple HR disciplines while serving as a resource for our Indianapolis team members. If you are passionate about people, customer service, and building relationships, this role offers a unique chance to develop into a strategic HR partner while making a direct impact on the employee experience.In this role, you will support a wide range of HR initiatives including employee relations, performance management, onboarding, talent processes, engagement initiatives, HR operations, and project coordination. You will partner with leaders and employees to provide responsive, high-touch HR support while also contributing to broader HR programs and strategic initiatives across the organization.
