ResponsibilitiesFinance Analyst overview:As a Financial Analyst, you will experience an exciting career offering a wide range of opportunities for professional development, including the two-year Lilly Initial Financial Experience (LIFE) training program. The LIFE program provides an introduction to the broad spectrum of career paths at Lilly, sets you up for success through a mentorship program and incorporates a wide array of networking events and career development opportunities. By strengthening your skills through a variety of financial assignments, you will deepen your financial expertise, learn and contribute to the business and impact patients through your work in finance.Basic QualificationsRequirements:Successful completion of Lilly internship program
Actively pursuing one of the following BA degrees:
Business-related undergraduate degree with concentration/emphasis in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
Will graduate between December 2022– August 2023
Language fluency in English (written and verbal)
Additional Skills/PreferencesDesired Experience:Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence
Clearly demonstrated analytical thought and aptitude
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
Three or more accounting courses
