We are looking for a Decomm Program Manager to join our Talley team in LOC!Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
 Summary:
The Manager Decomm Program is responsible for overseeing the Decomm material at all Program locations and the staff at different locations. This role will actively manage, lead, teach, and develop all Decomm staff members in every program warehouse location.
What You'll Do: Lead and oversee Decommissioning (Decomm) program warehouse operations, developing team members through coaching, training, and mentorship to ensure successful execution of the decommissioning processReview AMF processes to verify contractor compliance with established requirements, procedures, and performance expectationsConduct internal audits, including asset lookups and record verification, to ensure process consistency and compliance across all locationsCollaborate with CTDI, WWT, and AT&T to support execution of the Ericsson (E///) projectProvide management coverage and fulfill leadership responsibilities across Decomm program warehouses, including at the home location when the onsite Program Manager is unavailableSupport warehouse operations by loading and unloading trucks as neededConduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, corrective actions, and disciplinary discussions for direct reports in accordance with company policyOther duties as assignedJob Duties Disclaimer:
