About the roleAs a  Program Analyst, you will be responsible for the preparation, evaluation, and presentation of research results for projects overseen by the team.This job is part of the Program Management function. They are responsible for the creation and delivery of strategic programs representing major company initiatives.This position is on-site at our client’s campus three days a week in Indianapolis. What You’ll Do:Maintain and distribute routine reports.Submit purchase requisitions for supplier purchase orders / contracts  Monitor vendor invoicing against projectsResearch budget and invoice issuesAssist with project closeout when project is work has been completed and ensure internal/external process complianceIdentifying budget or financial problems and shortfalls and proposing solutionsMonitor project financials / budget data and documentationUse aggregate data from multiple sources to create a complete evaluation and improvement.Learn key systems and processes including providing knowledge transfer to teams.Collaborate with personnel from other departments to assist with project implementation and process improvements.Collect project schedules based on info and input from other team members and update to find schedule slippage or other program-related issues.Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.Impact the quality of own work.Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
