Job Title: Residential Cleaner and Trainer

· Revenue split with $15/hr minimum (efficient cleaners will make $20+)
ADDITIONAL PAY ON TOP OF YOUR REGULAR PAY

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner who will not only provide exceptional cleaning but also play a key role in training new staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for maintaining clean and welcoming homes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens.
· Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
· Train and support new team members, ensuring they meet quality standards.
· Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards and within designated timeframes.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in residential cleaning is required.
· Proven experience in training or mentoring is a plus.
· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
· Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and cleaning tasks.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
