Job Summary:The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety in production. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and refine production systems, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products.Analyze production workflows and identify areas for improvement.Implement lean manufacturing principles and cost-reduction strategies.Collaborate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure product quality and equipment reliability.Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues.Create and implement capital requests for new equipment needs.
