The Supervisor, Marketing Merchandising leads the Print Production team — overseeing Marketing Merchandising Specialists — while driving the creation, production, and distribution of marketing materials that support promotional campaigns and product launches. This position collaborates closely with design teams and commercial marketing managers to develop print assets including brochures, catalogs, signage, stickers/labels, and a wide variety of promotional items. You’ll also manage timelines for scheduled mailings, ensuring all materials are delivered on time and align with brand standards, marketing strategies, and audience needs. This position also manages inventory and fulfillment-related functions to ensure vendors are meeting their objectives, tracks the usage of marketing materials, and ensures timely delivery for events and campaigns. A continuous improvement mindset is needed to continually examine processes to ensure quality, affordability, and timeliness are kept at the forefront.
