Trouble-shooting, machine repair and preventative maintenance of automated woodworking machinery including, but not limited to, CNC, saws, conveyors, etc.REQUIREMENTSWorking electrical knowledge and trouble-shooting skills, PLC programming and strong mechanical aptitude.Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.Basic welding and fabrication skills needed.Material handling (pushing/lifting) up to 50 lbs.Problem solving skills; ability to conduct root cause analysis in order to troubleshoot and repair various types of equipment throughout the facility.Strong communication skills as well as the ability to successfully work in a team environment with a positive attitude.Perform all other duties as may be assigned at management's discretion.Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceProblem Solving: Able to solve problems using problem solving skills.Time Management: Able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Innovator: Ability to think of new and creative ways to resolve problems.Follow-up: Able to follow through with tasks and respond back in a timely mannerADDITIONAL INFORMATIONThis is a Mid Shift position, and the approximate start time is 3:30PM. The shift schedule is a 4 shift 10-hour schedule, Monday through Thursday, with overtime on Friday.Technical Degree preferred; however, non-degreed candidates with good work tenure and 2-3 years of industrial maintenance experience will be considered.
