In addition, they enter outsourced work as well as invoicing and shipping issues. Responsible for marking up the orders, checking MICR specs, reviewing all order information, entering and verifying outsourced orders via Autobatch and the custom outsourcing system. Other functions: Communicating with venders, other internal departments, completing logs/reports daily, faxing, assembling of orders, pricing, typing of quotes and entering holds in MINQ frequently.
