Description We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Staff Accountant to join our team. In this entry-level role, the Staff Accountant will report directly to our Finance Manager and assist with preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, assisting with year-end auditing, and executing the month-end close process.Responsibilities:
Maintain financial records and reports.
Perform account reconciliations.
Assist with budget and forecast preparation.
Manage accounts payable/receivable.
Assist in auditing activities and document financial transactions.
Cooperate with tax audits and compile data for tax returns.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
Must be hard-working and ambitious, with a drive to succeed.
Able to work independently, with capacity to make sound decisions on given tasks.
