Spring time work. I need to have 6 apartment units renovated on Baldwin Ave. I'm looking for a handyman with experience in all trades. You would do the work except for electrical, plumbing, and maybe drywall. Those crafts would be done by a licensed contractor. You would do the rest: framing, trim, LVP flooring, tub & sink install, vanities, cabinets, doors & windows, etc.
This project is for low income veteran housing so let me know if you are also a veteran.
I will need to see daily progress pictures.
