Responsibilities and DutiesGrand Valley Health and Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate licensed nurses to join our Clinical Leadership Team who want to make a difference and be part of a team who excels to succeed. Candidates who can perform the following need apply:
Key role will include:
Nursing Services Department
Planning, development, evaluation and implementation
Lead or assist with periodical updates and changes to nursing policy
Maintaining open communication with Nursing Management and Nursing Staff
Assist and/or develop quality assurance programs
Assist and/or develop nursing services organizational structure
Assist with developing/implementing methods to coordinate nursing services with other resident services
Participate in surveys and inspections by governmental agencies
Qualifications and Skills
Is a graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
Is currently licensed by the State of Indiana as a RN or LPN.
Is experienced or trained in nursing services administration, rehabilitation or geriatric nursing.
