Checks and approves vouchers for payment (raw material, standard expenses, and select others)
Prepares invoice deduction notices, as necessary
Answers vendor inquiries
Analyzes vendor accounts
Prepares accounts payable checks and coordinates process
Prints accounts payable reports and maintains accounts payable files
Processes/prepares daily invoicing and weekly check runs
Processes pre-invoicing changes to Sales orders
Participates in front desk switchboard relief rotation schedule

A minimum of 3 years accounts payable experience
Strong Microsoft Office Suite and 10 key skills AS400
Attention to detail and accuracy while being efficient.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A minimum of an Associate's Degree is preferred
