The Body Shop Technician role is ideal for a technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, understands OEM repair standards, and wants to work in a professional, well-equipped dealership environment.You’ll be responsible for repairing vehicle bodies to pre-accident condition while maintaining Ford quality and safety standards. If you enjoy hands-on work, collaboration, and delivering excellent results for customers.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform collision repairs including body panel repair/replacement, frame work, and structural repairsDiagnose damage and follow repair plans and estimates accuratelyRepair, align, and replace damaged panels and componentsPrepare vehicles for paint, including sanding, filling, and masking as neededUse dealership tools, equipment, and repair information systems properlyEnsure all repairs meet Ford OEM specifications and safety standardsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaCommunicate effectively with estimators, advisors, and team membersComplete work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
