Must have :
CCS, RHIT or RHIA
3 years inpatient coding experience
Ability to interact via teams sessions including web cam capability when necessary
Preferred or nice to have :
3M 360/CAC
EPIC
List expectations
After a few weeks time be fully productive coding 2.75 charts per hour
Meet 95% quality standard in audits
Has computer equipment and internet connection that supports requirements above
