NCW is now hiring MIG and TIG welders for a full-time opportunity located in Pendleton, IN. Current openings are on 2nd shift, that runs Monday-Friday 3:30pm-1am. Training will be conducted on 1st shift for the first few weeks. Ideally looking for candidates with experience welding on aluminum and stainless steel. There are opportunities for pay increases with tenure, company benefits, as well as overtime. MIG welders pay is based on experience/weld test which ranges from $20-23/hr, and TIG welders ranges from $23-26/hr.
Requirements:
-Prior welding experience
-Experience welding on aluminum highly preferred
-Must be able to work on 2nd shift
-Welding PPE
-Reliable transportation
-Must be able to pass a seven year background check
